Shipping policy

Heavy Manners offers Worldwide International Shipping & US Domestic shipping.

We do not offer order cancellations, adjustments or refunds.

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE, no exceptions. 

RELEASE DAYS: Due to our small team, we are asking to please allow up to 2.5 weeks for your order to dispatch when you shop on ‘release days’ unless a time frame is specified in the product description, in that case that will be when the merchandise will ship. After those 2.5 weeks we will resume shipping on our regular “stocked items” schedule. Cancellations to these orders will not be processed.

STOCKED ITEMS: Once we receive your order, please allow 2-5 business days for us to process & get the merchandise out. All orders are processed Monday-Friday 9AM – 5PM. (Not including holidays) Cancellations to these orders will not be processed.

EXPEDITE SHIPPING: In the event you pay for expedited shipping we will use that method when we get to your order but it will still be within our regular 2-5 business day schedule. If you are in a rush please contact customer service for assistance.

PRE ORDER & MADE TO ORDER: Dates / time frames for PRE ORDER merchandise will be displayed in the product descriptions. MADE TO ORDER is 3-5 weeks from time purchased. Cancellations to these orders will not be processed. Jewelry is FINAL SALE. 

USA: All domestic orders will be shipped through Fedex.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders will be shipped via DHL. *Orders that are made for international customers are subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees determined by the country that the package is being shipped too. We are not responsible for these fees and we will NOT accept any merchandise back if you choose to not pay these fees given by the country to which the package has been shipped to.

ROUTE: When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Route Protect is premium package protection for your online orders. Purchased Route Protect and need to file a shipping issue? File here:

Transit issues should be directed towards the carrier company. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages unless ROUTE is purchased during checkout.
