We offer STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. In each package there is a Store Credit / Exchange form.
In the event you wish to process an exchange or request store credit please, fill out the form and send back to us.
Merchandise returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, safety liners / tags intact, no signs of wear or wash. Please no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains, & in the original condition you received. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us that do not follow these guidelines.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the cost to get the exchange request to you. If you are requesting store credit the shipping charge will be included. Please allow up to one week for us to process these requests and please send return packages using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
