Return Policy
We hope you love the merchandise as much as we do!
SALE merchandise (any merchandise with a discounted price) is FINAL SALE, no exceptions. Final Sale orders are not eligible for return for store credit or return for exchange.
Any orders placed with a discount code are final sale, and are not eligible for return for store credit or return for exchange.
All items listed in the 'Warehouse Sale' tab are final sale, no exceptions.
For all orders eligible for return, we offer STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
We do not offer order cancellations or changes once the order is placed.

Merchandise returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, safety liners / tags intact, no signs of wear or wash.
Please no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains. Merchandise must be in the original condition you received.
Merchandise MUST be returned in ALL original packaging - the outer packaging it came in, and the protective plastic bag that each individual product is received in. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us that does not follow these guidelines.
The customer is provided a pre-paid shipping label, however we charge a processing fee to cover the cost of return shipping.
Once the return is received, our quality control team will inspect the package within 7 business days of receiving and the store credit or exchange will be issued to the email on file.
